Almost February 2019

Hello A3Farms Customers,
BRRRRR!  Hope you all are staying warm.  It has been a chilly few markets we have had lately!  Thank you for your continued support of local farmers at the markets.
The pictures below show our Daikon Radishes that will be fed to our Ewes who are in the last month of pregnancy and the daikons will be one of the best sources of protein they need.  This is the last month the ewes are pregnant and it is a high growth month for the lambs they are carrying.  The daikon radishes are pulled out from the ground and fed out to them daily.  They actually love them. We grow them out in stages so they are always available.

Fresh Chickens
Jim will be processing chickens this Saturday and whole dressed chickens will be available, fresh at the Orange Park Market on Sunday, February 3rd.  If you would like to reserve your chicken/chickens, please reply to this email and Amy will confirm your order. Let her know how many and the approximate weight. They will run a little large this time. If you cannot pick up in Orange Park, you can pick up at the farm, after 4:30 pm on Sunday, February 3rd.

RABBIT
We will have frozen rabbit meat available at the markets this weekend.  You can check pricing at the markets.  Also we will have rabbit poop fertilizer available for sale which makes great fertilizer for your garden.  Does not burn your plants.
We will have USDA frozen lamb cuts and limited eggs for sale at both markets listed below this weekend.

MARKET SCHEDULE
IF weather permits, we will be attending the Midway Farmer’s Market on this Saturday, February 2nd, from 9am-1pm in the parking lot of the Faith Presbyterian Church.  The address is 2738 SE State Road 21, Melrose, Fl.  On the corner of SR 21 and 21B.
