Hello A3Farms Customers,
Just a quick email to let you all know that we will be attending the Orange Park Farmer’s Market this coming Sunday, December 16th. If you have not completed your holiday shopping, it is a great place to find unique gifts along with getting your fresh produce and local meats.
The weather looks really iffy for tomorrow’s market at Midway. We hope it clears before.

Our local hawk looking at our chickens for his next possible meal. Our dogs warn us and just by driving the truck out, he usually just flies off. Usually…

We are extending our sale of 25% off these cuts of lamb, for this weekend :
1-2 lb. lamb bone-in shoulder and round roasts (Smaller roasts)1-2 lb. leg of lamb bone- in roasts. (Smaller roasts) slabs of lamb ribs lamb sirloin cut steaks lamb rib steaks

TIP: For bone-in roasts, it is recommended to figure between 1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. per person you will be feeding.

Whole Chickens
We will have frozen whole chickens at this market. I find it very easy to cook up a frozen chicken chicken in my InstaPot. No need to wait to thaw. Just discovered this and also doing easy to peel hard boiled eggs.

CUSTOM LAMB

We will have lambs ready for custom orders, the first week of January 2019. If you are interested, go to our new website to place your order to reserve. RABBIT
Jim’s brother, Jon has started raising Rabbits for meat, on our farm. We will have 2 packs of stew meat available Sunday if you are interested and will keep you posted when more will be available.

MARKET SCHEDULE
IF weather permits, we will be attending the Midway Farmer’s Market on this Saturday, December 15th, from 9am-1pm in the parking lot of the Faith Presbyterian Church. The address is 2738 SE State Road 21, Melrose, Fl. On the corner of SR 21 and 21B.
