A3 Farms Update
NOVEMBER  2019

Hello A3Farms Customers,
Jim and I first want to thank all our customers who have supported us since we started this adventure back in 2004. It always feels good when people tell us they appreciate what we are doing here at A3Farms.  Also we wanted to thank all our new customers too and look forward to years of providing you all with pasture raised eggs, lamb and chicken.  We insure that all our animals are happy and healthy, so that we can provide you with quality products.

Whole Chickens :
Jim will be processing chickens tomorrow, on Saturday, November 2nd.  The whole, dressed chickens will be ready for pick up, FRESH, at the Orange Park market, on Sunday, November 3rd or at the farm on Sunday, after 4:30pm.  They will sell for $5/lb.  These chickens are raised on pasture and are fed an organic feed.  If you would like to reserve a chicken/chickens, please reply to this email and let Amy know how many chickens, approximate weight, and where you would like to pick up.  She will confirm your order with a reply to your email.
We will continue to have frozen whole chickens available and they will continue to be on sale this weekend.  Regular $5/ lb.  Sale $4/lb.  The weights run from 4.75 lbs. up to 6 lbs.

Eggs:

We will have eggs for both markets and this weekend, again, we will have pullet eggs available.  See pictures below.  Our new hens, or pullets, are just starting to lay their eggs, so they start out for a couple of weeks being very small.  (Think 10 egg omelette 🙂 )

Regular Eggs are $5/doz and Pullet (small eggs) are $3/doz.  All chickens are raised on pasture and fed an organic feed.

Lamb:We will have our usual cuts of lamb available, including stew meat cut from the leg of lamb.  Also lamb burger that includes all meat from the lamb, not just the end pieces. All of our sheep are pasture raised on pasture and not fed any type of grain.
We do not have any lambs available yet for custom orders.  Grass fed animals take much longer to get up to size.  Stay tuned for when we will have them available.

Rabbit:We will also have cut up and whole rabbit that is raised on our farm by Jim’s brother, Jon.
