Hello A3Farms Customers,
Happy New Year to all of you. Thank you for a wonderful 2018. We so appreciate each and everyone of you.
Amy will be attending the Midway Farmer’s Market this Saturday, January, 5th from 9am-1pm. Jim will be butchering chickens Saturday and we will be bringing them fresh to the Orange Park Market on Sunday, January 6th. If you cannot make the market on Sunday, then send Amy an email with the # of chickens you want to reserve and the approximate weight and you can pick up at the farm after 4:30 on Sunday. She will email you back confirming your order.
Lamb:
This is our last weekend for our sale of 25% off these cuts of lamb, while supplies last:
1-2 lb. lamb bone-in shoulder and round roasts (Smaller roasts) 1-2 lb. leg of lamb bone- in roasts. (Smaller roasts) slabes of lamb ribs lamb sirloin cut steaks lamb rib steaks

TIP: For bone-in roasts, it is recommended to figure between 1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. per person you will be feeding.
CUSTOM LAMB:
Last
chance for ordering custom lamb that will be taken to the butcher this
month. If you are interested, go to our new website to place your order
to reserve. We will always confirm your order with an email back to
you and when to expect to pick up your lamb order. Deadline for orders
are end of day Monday, January 7th. You can click on the link below to

RABBIT:
Jim’s brother, Jon has started raising Rabbits for meat, on our farm. At this time we have 1 pack of stew meat available, if you are interested and will keep you posted when more will be available.
MARKET SCHEDULE:
IF weather permits,
we will be attending the Midway Farmer’s Market on this Saturday,
January 5th, from 9am-1pm in the parking lot of the Faith Presbyterian
Church. The address is 2738 SE State Road 21, Melrose, Fl. On the
corner of SR 21 and 21B.
