Lamb Ribs

  • 1 ½ lbs Lamb Ribs
  • Competition Red BBQ Rub from redFlamingo
  • 2 Tablespoons Apricot preserves ( orange marmalade etc.)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Rub ribs with ample amount of Competition Red.  Marinade 24 hrs

Cover bottom of pot with Olive oil

Place in crock pot, meat side up (separate as needed)

Spread preserves over ribs

Cook on low, 5- 6 hours
