Lamb:

We will have all New USDA cuts of lamb available.  Also lamb burger that includes all meat from the lamb, not just the end pieces. All of our sheep are pasture raised on pasture and not fed any type of grain.
We do not have any lambs available yet for custom orders.  Grass fed animals take much longer to get up to size.  Stay tuned for when we will have them available.  

Whole Chickens :
We will have whole frozen chickens available at regularly $5/lb, on sale for $4/lb. Average weights are between 3.5 lbs- 5 lbs.

Eggs:
We are limited on eggs.  Get there early. 

Rabbit: We will also have cut up and whole rabbit that is raised on our farm by Jim’s brother, Jon.
